I'm about to get this game so I wanted to hear what some people think of it. From most of the game review sites I see good reviews and indicators of a good game. Let me hear you guys. and perhaps when I start playing the game with me new pc that isn't assembled yet we can talk about the game strategies :D

Stalker sucked.

Well. It was buggy like hell and even on easy the enemys kicked your ass in one second. Even after the patch it was still very hard to survive against an army of mercs.

You want to hear a good strategie?? Save so often as possible. One enemy done, save. The next down , save ... .

I beat the game already two times and i got the same ending. 7 different endings my ass.

I haven't played it, but I heard it's a nice action game. As of now I'm still searching for a DVD copy of STALKER. =O

Its was everywhere in the Philippines for 2,395Php... dunno about now though... Its kinda hard to find it here in Canada. Lots of the $39.99 around.

Stalker was a good game in my opinion. Some people complain about it being to hard don't really see what they were on about seemed fine to me. It ran great on my computer no problems. Had the nice range of weapons and pretty good stroyline, 7 different endings (only got 3 of them though), you could free roam, a vast world to explore, good AI. If i had to rate this game from 10 to 1, it would be a 7. Only brought down by bugs and the lack of mutants in the game.

It is a nice game. But we did have to wait for a long time before it came out in stores. But that's okay. My ending was that the main character comes in a peacefull word with help of the wishmaster. Very weird.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a great game. Even if it is really buggy at times, it has a very interesting story, a good gameplay and a terrific ambiance.
It is also pretty nice visually, even if I ad to run it at minimum settings because of my five year old computer...
