What MMORPGS are you playing or have played?
Just intrested in which games you guys played
Atm I'm playing Lineage 2 (on http://www.l2extreme.com) together with Guild Wars. I disabled my World Of Warcraft account last week, where I had a lvl 60 rogue, 40 warrior and 30 mage :) Maybe in the future I will reopen my account when there are new instances, battlegrounds etc... Cause for now, (european server - bloodscalp) it just sux. You see a lot of new guilds (60-only) coming in and yet they're gone after 2 weeks again. Just waiting till everything is stable again :)
Also I played Rose Online and Kal Online. I know that Rose Online is very cool from high lvl where you can do clan battles etc, but it's just to boring in lowlvl (reached lvl 30 as a muse). In Kal online I gave up at lvl 28 archer where the leveling started getting slow and yeh got bored too ^^;
So, lemme hear about you guys now :D

Let's see, I've played:
City of Heroes
Anarchy Online
Earth and Beyond
Guild Wars
Star Wars Galaxies
Ragnarok Online
I pretty much lose interest in all of them or don't feel like paying for them.
The only one I really didn't like was Ragnarok Online.
I uninstalled it in less than a day after installing it.

At the moment I'm playing EVE online, and I'll be giving FFXI another go sometime this week. I've tried a few others like DarkAge of Camelot, and Planetside, but got bored with them after a few days. The one I'm most looking forward to is Pirates of the Burning Sea.

I guess I tried to block it out of my memory. Why would you want to get back into that? I really don't reccomend it.
FFXI has to be one of the most time intensive games ever. It's probably the most boring MMO I've ever played, and the people that play, at least in my experience, are the most rude people you'll ever play with. Some parties won't even accept you of you aren't a cookie cutter build, and White Mages think they are all that and a bag of chips. No modesty what-so-ever.
Sure, everybody knows you need healers, but you can ben cool about it. In City of Heroes, all the healers I've ever run across, know that you could use their help, but they're still cool about it, and won't charge you to teleport.

I've tried it twice already and given up both times, but I want to be able to like it. An online FF seems like the perfect thing to have, but then I also want to be able to go round on my own fighting, making money, or whatever and after you reach the higher levels of the game you just cant do that. White mages are usually pretty picky about choosing groups just because they know there's so few healers around, but then when everyone keeps bothering you for a raise/heal then what can you expect? As for the teleporting if they can make money out of it (which is hard going when you first start the game) then it's up to them really. You'd have to pay to get someone to escort you there so why shouldn't they charge for a teleport.
I'd like to try city of heroes sometime but without a free trial it's too much to pay out for something that I may not like. I had to do the same thing for planetside and now I'll probably never play it again. One of the better intro chemes I've seen is in Legend of Mir where you play to a certain level before you start paying, so you can get time to know the game and community well beforehand.

Meh FFXI that bad? Even when you like party games lik Guild Wars? I've been intrested lately in FFXI but they say the leveling is really slow and you need to be bit of hardcore to get to the higher lvls ;(
RF Online seems intresting to me, but they say its just pure killing monsters like lineage 2 and really slow. Kinda makes me sad :p

I've been playing FFXI for 2 years now, and have yet to grow tired of it. :P
I would recommend it if you like to play an MMO that's totally revolving around the social aspect of any game. ^^

I know a few friends in there. I played with them on Ragnarok Online (RO) and stopped for a time. After that they migrated to FFXI and I came back to RO. Haha! The only other online game I ever played was Lineage. Yes, the very first one. Hehe. Still remember when I made my mage and followed a princess (guild leader type of char. only prince/princess can make guilds in Lineage) around the place. Haha the good old times.

I've played ragnarok online, surival project and rose
I used to play Ragnarok online but when my friend disappeared I stopped.
I played ragnarok a long time ago , but soon i will play guild wars , my friend told me that it's a great and beautifiul MMORG without abonnement

L2 was the first MMORPG that i played and a little of Lineage 1 when my friend decide to play again a bit, so i freeloaded off of him
and for hellguy, play on L2World (www.lineage2world.com) its so much better than the extreme servers, i played on the extreme servers when they were making changes to our servers and it blows, i mean its just insane lag, and there's no challenge, played for an hour and got to lvl 30, with a crap load of cash
I've played Ragnarok, ROSE, Maple story, and some other game.
I stopped playing Rose, becuz they erased my lvl 20 character. And then with maple story...it just got boring...and it was the samw thing over and over again. My new love is iRO!!

I've played Star Wars Galaxies, Ragnarok Online, FFXI, Guild Wars, and small parts of City of Heroes, Lineage II, and Maple Story. Out of all of them, I found Guild Wars to be the most fun. I keep going on and off on Ragnarok. I play for a month then I go on a long hiatus. I should just stop playing all together.
