Where do the charactes in the AP banners come from?
I use the dark version of the CSS style so I don't get to see the banners, but the ones I have seen are awesome and the creators did a great job when they created them.

I think it would be awsome if someone could identify what anime some of the banners are from. I know that that takes all the fun out of it, but there are just too many anime/mangas out there to see them all?
I think, it is specially created by someone for the AnimePaper, you an see several of them have a watermark of their creator. And all of the banner is collected and rotated for every several time, and it is stored in this name =>http://www.animepaper.net:8080/images/banners/rotate.jpg. Maybe there are a programs to overwrite the name of the banners, and that make the banner changed every a length of time. ^^ Maybe...

The default ones I think are just ones made for the site. However, the one I have on now is Kamui from X TV (X/1999).. I also have seen xxxHOLic, Ouran High School Host Club and other animes as well.
