I hate the anime of Bleach. But I really enjoy the manga. Even though I'm a few volumes behind because the story started to move to slow and I got bored.
Anyway, I really like the opening credits of Bleach. It's very colorful. I can't really describe why I like it.
Plus, I think Bleach is badly animated...
Anyone else prefer the manga to the anime?

I too enjoy the manga and prefer it over the anime.
However, I don't think the anime is as bad as you make it sound. I think the animation is really nice but then again, I stopped watching the anime after the soul society arc (got fed up with all the lame fillers).

The animation started to get bad after the soul society arc, you can tell just by watching the first few episodes again

I've only seen random episodes on TV, and I wasn't so impressed. Granted I couldn't watch them for long.
Haha yes the animation is soo different from episode 1
i was just look at ichigo's hair from episode 1 compared to now and its all less detailed and bland lol
i like the manga better
but thats only cuz its further and ther's no spoilers
i still enjoy watchin the action animated

I first got into/saw the series when my friend brought it over to a party at someone's house for the afternoon. I read the manga from then on and liked it. I've been lazy on my reading though, but oh well. I too noticed the lax of animation quality later on. It would really be awesome to perhaps put more 3d animation in the series. Seeing a fight sequence in cg would make it real cool if done well.
What's so bad about the actual animation of Bleach, i personally can't tell the difference between animation in the later episodes compared to the earlier ones. I for one prefer anime over manga just because of the degree of drawing quality.

I have to admit that the animation has been a little off since the Soul Society arc ended. The last really GOOD animation I saw on a Bleach episode was on the episode where Ichigo fights Grimmjaw for the first time. 
I started reading the manga this summer and I must say, that I'm starting to like it more than the anime. I really, really love the drawings on the manga, they're really cool.
However I think that both of them, manga and anime, "complete" each other...at least from point of view, they do.

but yeh... i myself say that the animation quality has toned down, but alot of people still perfer anime just for like well, animation... like recently with grimjow fighting ichigo, ofcourse its more intense than the manga but hey :O
the ironic thing is, i think that the manga quality at the start wasnt as good as it is now, kubo (somthing)'s style changed through out the volume :P
I can't say it's all bad,i like anime and so the manga,it's sure that the storyline is a really different.yeah as afa said after the soul society story, the story line getting different and more different but didn't say it's bad.we can enjoy two story,doesn't it is good?

I personally like the anime, but I have to agree to the fact that lame fillers and animation quality seems to have dropped significantly.

Yea the animation quality is pretty bad but it's not bad enough that it is not watchable for me i can still stand it lol but i got to admit the fillers are killing the anime so i prefer reading the manga actually.
I love Bleach Manga

the Anime. The funny thing about it is that I really don't have a reason for disliking the Anime (I've actually been way more into Manga than Anime as of late).

The animation style seems to change every so often in Bleach... the early episodes are suffused with a strange internal glow. Some later episodes of bleach show the characters with little pink tear ducts, and some don't. And some days the animation just sucks. But it's all worth it for me to see them truly get it right every once in a while. It's great when that happens. :D

I personally prefer the manga to the anime as well - i dont exactly have a reason for not liking the anime...i guess i just like reading instead ? lol
