This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I've been flying through books. Working on the Meyers Twilight series right now- which is rather dissapointing. These books aren't nearly as good as everyone makes them out to be.

Hmmmm I tend to be quiet when i first meet someone. But as i get to know them i start to talk a lot and soon i dont shut up XD lol j/k

@Becca: Lol, if only it was that easy. *lets out a low sigh* I haven't had the time to read any of my library books.

But those popular students are very arrogant. But those quiet and humble ones are hated.

~LenasLover 2 minutes ago
Aika: that will get them far in life, unfortunately. Find other quiet frineds. Join a group to find common interests. Kai: I'd rather be in my bed reading. I'll trade you.

~thebigfatwhale 2 minutes ago
@aika: Ignore them. People like that aren't worth it. At least you still have your dignity.

They make friends on the popular students so that they can have free food. How materialistic.

I'm worn out as well. Only a half hour left of work though.

Kay, I've always wanted to start an interesting topic, hopefully this will be one. So the title pretty much says it all, what have you learned from animepaper. Share us the experiences that you've had at this website. You can talk about how you worked your butt off to make your first wall, how you got critiqued day in and day out in the Session Zero. Just an example.

Well for me there are tons of things I've learned from animepaper. First things first, I learned that joining forums is a pretty fun thing. I never really liked forums because I used to see so many where people would just keep ranting on about each others mommas. So I basically didn't feel comfortable sharing my ideas in those forums. So you can assume that this is the first forum place thing I've ever joined.

The next thing I learned from this place was how to upload images....I know, how sad right, lol......Like I said I never joined these kinds of things so I never had a reason to upload images into a website.

The last thing I wanna share with you all is the most important one of them all. Animepaper definitely showed me that not everyone who joins these things are big nerds who don't do anything but go on their computers day in and day out dissing other nerds' mothers. I feel sooo stupid for actually thinking such a thing. I'm sorry if I offended anyone with what I just said. But thanks to animepaper I now know not to be so judgemental or stereotypical, not only on the net but also in real life.

Oh hey, I've got another thing that I've learned from this site. Well, actually from a person. Thats Omnidevil, lol. Thanks to him I now know what a Camwhore is :P. If I ever see one, I'll know what I can call him/her :P.

well, thats basically all I wanted to say. I hope to hear from the rest of you XD

In every Forum that I started to like so far,... I read the most important rules first. I never spam (maybe except in Tekken Zaibatsu, in our beloved German TZ-thread, but that is an exception)
But generally I do not spam on purpose.

that's all... Post useful things and maybe some funny, keep it cool

About every forum has that many rules.
and about every forum, there is always something I learn, genders are overated.
*points to self*
and well, by far, the superior standards of wallpapers here just makes me wanna pick up that 6 pounds worth of Arts and Graphics monthly magazine to learn the 1337 from them. So I can make better walls. (unfortunately, I do not have the money)

What I learned from Animepaper is that if a thread goes up to a certain number of pages.. chaos ensues.. =\

Well,...let's see here...*thinks hard* .... i've learned that you have to contribute to the community as much as possible in order to download walls and etc. and that you should always try and read their rules so that you won't break 'em.

I learn that there are always clouds above clouds and sky above sky. Means that there are always better people above you. Okay, there are also jerks and more jerker above them. :)

Absolutly nothing! no really i'm just kidding. I learned that this is a great place to see and appriciate other people's work. I've seen some of the best looking walls here! and its even got me interested into giving it a try. I've also learned that not all forums are bad. They've been given a bad stereotype IMO but over here, its such a great community

What have you learned from animepaper

That it's the best Anime Image site out there...

The pro look of it is unmatched :D. Since the new version everything seems better.
Bah enough with the compliments, I joined because of the forum in the first place. It was my very first... didn't know anything about 4uming until then. I was curious about how the system actualy works. And....... I still do, lol just kiding, everything seems awesome as it is.

Ok, I learned more about internet as a concept, I found out that it's a great way to meet new people (trough forums like this one). Expecialy when all of them love Anime like urself.

Well, I learned that there are still forums without idiots. What an excellent experience!
I learned about the Papersystem which really works and that we've got some great if not the best anime wallpaper designers here.
And I hope I can improve my English. :p
