My favorite charicter would have to be Freya, even though she is a boss. She just waves her hand and you all die. Second would be Albel because fighting style and inner turmoil. And finally Maria, um...probably because she has blue hair. /jk

I beat the game but I still have to get the rest of the stuff. Like the ultimate weapons, skills, and complete the maps
I enjoyed this game as well. Hm.. my favorite character has to be Cliff. He's just too funny and also very strong. ^^ Hammer of Might pwnz. However, I'm still in the process of trying to see the multiple endings for this game. This game is on my... "Games to Finish" list. -_-

Recently that it game and I like much, it has good plot
Star ocean 3 is my favorite rpg at this point.
i'm actually not a huge rpg fan period, but this one drew me in. i played it religiously till radiata stories.
my favorite character is easily albel. if you were around for before AP was a gallery you'd know that lol.
(i still browse AP in my sexy albel layout)
i love dhim from the first time he appeared in the game at the meeting in aryglyph. and i remember going..."too bad he's evil and i can't have him in my party"
and then, when he appeared in my party i was like..."tri-ace, you have my eternal devotion"
i loved the games battle system, and it's my favorite battle system in any RPG to date. i also liked the endless possibilities and the fact you could literally spend hours not touching the story if you wanted. and bonus dungeons =
biggest reason though, was albel. i would have played the game if it had no plot and just had albel running around cutting down trees. evil trees.
if only they had made an anime out of star ocean 3 instead of 2...

Star Ocean 3 really was a dissapointment ;_; Oh it's not bad and all, but I really think it could have been better *sigh* well whatever, didn't stop me from playing it ^^

Lol, my hand hurts as well...
I liked it the first time through (though I had some difficulty), but then I lost my file (my card died!), and I tried to play again, then I remembered how tedious the game is at times (especially dungeons). I ended up just trading the game in because I just couldn't try playing it again.
I did like the characters and the battle system provided quite the challenge, but the dungeon style just ruined it for me at times.

I only borrowed the game once from my boyfriend because I had already played through Star Ocean and Star Ocean The Second Story. I was very iffy with it at first but, it grew on me. My favorite character was Sophia due to the fact that I am a hopeless romantic and wanted Fayt and her to get together, also I use my white mages to hell (wasn't that private action where Fayt bends down and says, "Are you not happy with me, my Princess?" cute?!).
It was an easy beat but, it kept me entertained. I only beat the game and didn't get the chance to play any of the extra bosses.

I love this game. And i'm a Roger/Cliff kinda guy, but i like to play with Fayt.

So few people like Nel? Oh she was my favorite, and had such a good mix of offense/defense. I usually controlled Nel while having Fayt and Sophia balancing the attacks and heals. She was the perfect 3rd member, she keeps herself alive if shes CPU controlled, or she can last forever if you take control and use her smartly.
