What do you do when you feel crappy?
When your feeling down and out, for whatever reason, what do you do to, feel better again? Anything particular?
Anything Extreme? Anything a little outta the ordinary? Anything?

Not really in particular. When I feel really crappy, I usually either sleep it out, drink a cup of coffee or take a shower. But the only thing that makes me feel better again is listening to music.
Ahh... a little "tone-age" ( <- music ) goes a long way...

When I feel crappy I usually chew on gum and eat ALOT

I usually just wallow in my room by myself, and if that doesn't cut it, i just sleep it off

I usually talk it out with someone (usually my bf or my mommy). Whenever I let it all out, it feel soo much better. A good cry usually makes me feel better too; let out all that pent up emotion! ^_^
I switch off my cell, turn on some good music, and pull out a good book. If I'm not in the mood for any of that, I cook a tasty desert (mmm...cake!) and watch a semi-upbeat anime.

Hrm, i guess there are two different types of crappy in my opinion. There's the depressed side and angry side (might not seem like feeling crappy, but i think it sucks). When I'm depressed, i guess i usually just listen to quiet music and do something really mindless. Like play games, make a new music playlist, change my computer background stuff like that. When i'm angry, i listen to loud music and play violent games, or just watch a bloody movie. But if all else fails, sleep is the number 1 cure all. yay for sleep

I probably listen to music, play some games, or sleep it off. If they all dont' work, i'll pray about it. Then again i would also probably just talk about it or just suck it up and move on.

Depressed:
Climb on top of the roof ^^. It's actually a habit. I do that everytime I need privacy and it's quiet there. It's also useful for hiding from mom.
Angry:
Go to sleep. Best medicine ^^

I guess I'm the only person who actually goes and talks to another human being. If I'm stressed out, I call up my a friend or parent and vent.
Best way out of my depressions for me is to talk about it to my girlfriend and she always helps me. Now when it comes to problems with my girlfriend.. talkin to her helps too but if i'd lose her.. there i dunno how i'd get out of my depression so i admit im afraid some day that happens >.<

I'll either exercise, or clean. I've gained a little weight and my room's a mess so no worries right now.
