This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Since when was it a full-blown anime series? it was a microseries on toonami, and now all of a sudden its a full-blown anime, except they replace the cool robots battling it out in wastelands with gayified, CG robots racing around a track. . .

whats the deal here?

I know it change so drasticially. But they did luse alot fo voice actors. Every second I wa like thats thats whats his name. like the episode I was doing that. I might just watch it to take up the time before AS.

I thought it was okay. The direction seemed really disjointed, but the music was cool and the racing scenes were very well-done. Also, I liked the voices. With Kingdom Hearts and now IGPX, I wonder if Haley Joel Osment takes these roles because he's really an anime/video game geek.

I just wanted them to, in the words of a ceartin chef, KICK IT UP A KNOTCH! It seemed almost too dreamy... i'm hoping it kicks off faster in the next episodes... Here's hopin they can focus a little more on the mechs and a little less on watchin a guy on a bench playing gameboy... ;)
