Cant see the walls

When I try to download a wall nothing shows. I dont get that red x or whatever I just dont get any pic at all. In the last version of AP it would slowly dowload the pic from top to bottom now it just pops up or nothing at all shows up. Oh and I am also using dialup which also worked for me in the other version too.

Is the "unable to display image" problem only limited to wallpapers? Or are avatars unable to be displayed as well? Are you able to load other wallpapers? How about scans?
What browser are you using? When you open a wallpaper, is your browser still showing the "Download still in progress" bar? It could be that your browser is taking a while to load the wallpaper. Sometimes my browser will act funny. At times it will load the image from top to bottom, other times it will load the whole image but in a very pixellated state and then sharpen itself as the download progresses. In other cases, the image won't load until the download is complete.

I every once in a blue moon the wall will show up. My avatars displayed everything on the site displays except for when I try to dl something. Oh and I am using firfox. And it would say waiting for a while then it will say done and nothing will be there. But I havent tried scans yet im gonna go try now.

I do experience that sometimes. But is the tab still showing that rotating circle thingy? I encountered this situation earlier but I just left it alone and eventually the wallpaper revealed itself. Maybe try watching an episode while waiting. 25 minutes or so should be enough as a test limit.
However, no one else is experiencing the same problem as you did. Maybe you might want to check out things on your side too. Could be some problem with the internet connection (just a random guess).
As for the Invalid CPaint XML Response message, give some time for the developers to iron it out. Everyone's busy I believe.
Okay Ill look into things on my end. But that circle thingy on firefox goes away and it says done and say dowloaded image in the top left. I tried to dl the nw final fantasy wall and it came throught then I tried to dl the nes gundam seed destiny wall and it woulnt show up or the kino no tabi wall. But Ill look inot things on my end but I dont what I could do. With only dialup.

I'm experiencing the EXACT same problem. I even posted a thread in here and no one responded, but the page fully loads, and all it says is "downloaded image."
The only thing that I can think of is that the download timed out. I'm not sure if firewalls and security settings are also contributing to the problem though.

The thing is, it changes... some days it will load that wallpaper, and sometimes not I guess. It's really weird. I know the connection isn't timing out though, but I don't know how to explain it. Maybe the problem's gone away, but if not it doesn't look like there's much that can be done. It seems to be the same with Mozilla and Internet Explorer though.

I have the same problem. But I don't have the problem with every wallpaper. At the same time one is downloaded and an other one only says "downloaded image". But I have the impression it is the more popular ones which doesn't dowload. For example the today highlighted wall I can't download.
It works the same for me. Not every wallpaper does it. You may be right. It could just be too many people accessing it at once since I can download the same wallpaper only some of the time. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't.
I have the same problem...I can't download wallpapers or scans...they take my papers and all I see is Downloaded image...and it says upload done...and it takes my papers .-. I can see all the images fine the avatars everything...and I tried turning off my firewall and it didn't work. The zoom option doesn't work either >.<
I'm using FireFox...but I tried it with Internet Explorer too...it does the same thing, gives me a little red X and the text downloaded image. But on IE the zoom option works...is there any other way around this?

I'm sorry, but I've tried it on every non stupid pc setup available to me, there's nothing our end stopping you guys from downloading, I cant change your system configuration's for you, if your system setup includes some pointless software firewall stop it from denying refer information, this is the only advice I will ever give people.
