It's a comic book of Ecole du Ciel (anyone care to tell where to find translated scans of this?), and it comes along with a figurine of a mopping girl, selling for 1,785 Yen.
Omg...Another cute figurine by the japanese! The comic is it just released and hope do tell us where to get the scan as well.
