Well, I just finished the series. I loved it!! But I'm still confused to a few parts...-what exactly was Aion trying to do? Destroy Pandemonium?-What's this Fatima Prophecy all about?-what was Rosette's role in the end? Thanks! I almost came to tears at the end... where's that post about what anime made your cry? hehe... need to go post there.
I havn't seen it for a while.a very long while.and things are pretty unlcear in the anime.btw...i cried at the end ;-;i can't really answer your questions, cause i can't remember anything. i'm reding the manga now, and i heard it explains things better. i'm on volume 3 (bah...american releases are so slow)if i remember or find out, i'll let ya know though <!--emo&:D--><img src='style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Hey, I'm following with the manga too. So, I guess we'll see. Indeed, it is very sad. Other question to add to the list (for those who know):-what's up with the end? Does Aion live? Why does Remington still see him?-how does Chrno still live at the end? And what were the significane of Aion's an Chrno's horns?

<!--QuoteBegin--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->"btw...i cried at the end ;-;"<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> - Me too, it was so sad... all the good people (other than Azmaria) die... (although peacefully I suppose, but still) And then Aion survives...?<!--QuoteBegin--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->"how does Chrno still live at the end?"<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->- Chrno doesn't live at the end (or am I wrong) he dies next to rosetta on that swing thing.

<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->sorry, what i meant was, how does he live after he "defeats" Aion? doesn't he get a horn plunged into him?

Demons, with their horns are able to regenerate and heal themselves by tapping onto the astral energies above. But Chrno, without his horns, needs to use the life of Rosette's. Basically, that was how Chrno was able to survive. Rosette was like a life support. So once she's gone, he's gone too.<!--QuoteBegin--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->what's up with the end? Does Aion live? Why does Remington still see him?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->Two possibilities. Either Aion doesn't really die (which is least likely since he turned to dust...I think) or Remmington is seeing sort of an illusion. But my personal interpretation would be Aion's spirit appearing just to tell Remmington "I told you so. I will still get what I want in the end."<!--QuoteBegin--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->And what were the significane of Aion's an Chrno's horns?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->According to Remmington, Chrno's horns had time-stopping properties. That was why Joshua was able to turn things to stone (hence, stopping time). Aion's on the other hand, had the ability to move time (or in other words, bring about change) and was used to return the people at the orphanage back to normal. This aspect was clearly shown in Aion wishing to overthrow the Pandemonium as well as bring change to Heaven.I'm not sure how accurate my explainations are since I only watched one round of Chrno Crusade and I don't have the manga available for extra info.
