This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Made that sound like a math question =P... @Iro: It went good, it was fun because a lot of people called in to ask questions and I even got to talk about my favorite baseball team for a bit =). I'm just very sleepy though, so I wasn't as energetic.

Just when you think nothing in this world is shocking anymore, this comes along..---------------------For the last week New York's radio channel Hot 97 has been running a hideously unfunny and offensive skit named the "Tsunami Song," that ridicules the victims of the Tsunami as "chinks" whose children will now be sold into child slavery. It's being played on the station's morning show, hosted by Miss Jones. It's also featured on their website, this is a direct link to the mp3: <a href='http://www.hot97.com/av/audio/morningShow/USA_For_Indonesia.mp3' target='_blank'>http://www.hot97.com/av/audio/morningShow/...r_Indonesia.mp3</a>Here are some choice lyrics:"..All at once you could hear the screaming chinksand no one was safe fromthe wavethere were africans drowning, little chinamen swept awayyou could hear god laughing, "swim you bitches swim"So now you're screwed, it's the Tsunamiyou better run or kiss your ass away, go find your mommyI just saw her float by, a tree went through her headand now the children will be sold to child slavery..."What a buch of FUCKING morons. You may know that one of that show's other hosts, Miss Info, is Asian. She voiced her displeasure with the skit and got into a heated on-air argument with Miss Jones about it. But so far Hot 97 hasn't acknowledged that here's anything wrong with it, and they continue to air it everyday.I bet there would be trouble if it was about 9/11, but nooo. This is one of the reasons the U.S is hated by so many people. Here's the stations address in case you wanna flame them. I know I will.HOT 97395 Hudson St. 7th Fl.New York, NY 10014(212) 229-9797hot97@hot97.com

D=That's horrible.edit - Seems like the song was removed. I pursued a link to the station's website to muck around a bit (and perhaps send them a mail voicing my disapproval), and found this in its stead:<i>"OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON AIRING OF TSUNAMI PARODY SONGJanuary 21, 2005HOT 97 regrets the airing of material that made light of a serious and tragic event. We apologize to our listeners and anyone who was offended.HOT97 takes pride in its community involvement and in the last few weeks has joined with broadcasters nationwide to raise money for victims of the Tsunami. Our relief effort will result in a substantial cash donation. As an additional sign of HOT 97?s commitment to the cause, Miss Jones in the Morning, along with her entire staff, have agreed to contribute one week?s pay to Tsunami Relief efforts. If you wish to make a further comment, you can send an e-mail to the program director jdimick@hot97.emmis.com or you can write to WQHT, 395 Hudson Street, 7th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10014."</i>I would guess after word got out on the internet about this, they (deservedly) got a flood of hate mail.

Well, since an official apology has been made, no point to go fussing over it further. But if I had it my way, I'd like Ms Jones and the management to make an official apology live on TV (just like what the Jap does for high-profile scandals). Ms Jones for actually playing that song without hesitation and the management for actually giving the green light for that song to be played in the first place.

Some of these stupid morons should try experiencing things like that and then know how it feels. The biggest problem with people around is that they never know pain till they've experienced it.These absolute morons ought to have their privates placed right in front of a 200km/h tennis ball serving machine and have their faces burned with an iron with every stupid sound they make.Jeez, these guys need to experience some pain before they learn how to understand others pains.

<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->don't mind them, most of us in NEW YORK are saddened.i hadn't even heard of that, and i can turn on HOT97, whenever i want to. not like i ever want to because i hate that station anyways.but thats a new low even for teh assholes on HOT97.those guys always had to make fun of a tragedy. i think the only one they never did was 911, but that's because it was in their own backyard.HOT97 represents a couple of morons from New York, and i assure everyone, that we don't all feel this way. in fact, i'd imagine that they're the only ones that do.but here's a question...who actually WROTE that song?was it also HOT97?i mean, it's bad to play it, but it's even slightly worse to write the damn thing.

Try to keep in mind that these people don't represent the state as a whole.
