This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I had absolutely no idea that it was THAT MUCH horrifying, so i was stunned at first, but finally i got over the "bloody" scenes, since the whole story from the past was a relief that the main character and possibly the other residents, wouldn't be just brutally murdered...

I really like this anime. What attracted me was the gory scenes and the cute character (specifically Nyuu). Her story was really sad and tragic, probably why you can't blame her for her actions. Altough the part where she killed a happy family was really wrong.

I think she didnt die, just disappeared. In the anime on the last episode behind the door curtains there is a shadow with something like a horn on the head, so my guess is that's Lucy

This is a great anime! It had action, romance, drama and horror! For me it was well animated too. Just wish that the ending of all these anime would go like I want them too!

Well I am sorry but I will have to disagree with all of you. I got into Elfen Lied due to the fact that it was popular. I was expecting to see something great but I ended up seeing tones of bloody meaningless murders. And all this stupid nudity pissed me off. Maybe it's because I was 13 at the time but I don't really think it matters. Anyway, I kept watching the series because I thought something great was going to happen and didn't want to think that I wasted my time downloading 12 or so episodes. Then came the last episode and my disappointment reached its zenith. That's just my opinion, okay guys?

I loved elfen lied...I just wish that they would have continued it like the manga, it starts out AMAZING but pretty much just cuts off the last half of it...im still waiting for scanlations of the rest of the manga to come out

I love this anime, too, because I love Lucy's voice, Sanae Kobayashi. The only thing I just won't understand it how Kouta can forgive her that easily after she killed his sister and father in a such cruel way.

Don't understand me wrong, I love Lucy x Kouta...but it's still strange.

Nevertheless a great anime!

Yay!! I Think elfen lied was original..I mean..there many series about new species better than humans but elfen lied is different at leat that's what I think..o.o..

Honestly, this one actually made me cry... A LOT!!. I mean, just to think how evil a HUMAN can be (not the diclonous), I mean, poor Mayu, she suffered so much!. Also, Kurama's pain for destroying his family it's so hard to watch, because I think I would feel exactly the same if something like that ever happens to me, how could you possibly
