I was very impressed with Elfen Lied, after my friend told me that there was alot of blood, violence, and gore I was not expecting much more from this anime but I found that it had a very great storyline. It was a pretty sad storyline but kinda moving, and the ending was well done to. I always like animes that end well some have ending that just dont make much sense and give no closure at all.

I liked this anime a lot. The blood and gore were off set by both comedy and depth. The nudity probably wasn't needed but did add to the out-there-ness of the show.

This anime is a Must have for any anime collectors or lovers collection. This isnt for you children. While I do agree that people should be able to watch whatever they want at well...ages that some people even from other countries may not agree with. I do NOT agree however this is something ANYONE under the age of 15 should lay eyes apon.

First off all there is nudity...however that is not the bad part of it...its the Grotesque violence that puts all of our american horror movies to shame. Im not saying that it makes the anime "BAD", In fact that is one of the Reasons why it is so good. Its just something for us older kids is all.

Anyway it has a great story-Line and a creepy opening theam. If you get this anime Get Vector 1 or just start out watching it from the start. This anime starts and most likely ends with a "Bang" and will keep you wanting more. The animation is really well drawn and it is very detailed. Along with that I think they did a great job with all the characters as far as their personalilys making them Really life like. The way they move around and How they show emotion and it just makes you feel like they are real people almost. However Perhaps the best part of this anime is the story itself. I feel its one of the very best ones of all. Not "THE" Best ever but one of the best.


Once again I shall say This is a MUST HAVE for your collection and Once more Again. IMO, I do not agree with letting Children Under 15 watch this...They can If you let them or their perants do but I just do not think that they should be allowed to is all. This is not a hentai but more of a hentai like is some parts of the anime. An anime that has not been tampered with. IT is as pure,Raw and Divine as an anime could ever get without going overboard.Not to mention the incest interest between certain characters.

I saw this anime when i was half asleap and it woke me up instantly. I really liked it and liked the series when i finally woke up. A good watch in my opinion.

Great series, it is one of my favorite, the only problem i had was with the ending. I think they left it open for a sequel but i am not sure. They just seem to have left it hanging. It seem to me that now in days anime writers tend to leave the ending inconclusive. Trinity Blood was another anime series with a very inconclusive ending. I guess it is just me but i need a conclusive ending.

That was a nice anime. I loved the whole series, and in fact, it was the series that brought me back into anime after I kinda stopped. Well, that and 12 Kingdoms.

BTW' I was not disappointed with the ending like many people were. I have to say I love open endings anyway.

The first episode, is really impressive! blood, killed people!! this is the classic example that anime aren't all for kids, as my parents and many of my friends say.

I admit it, this is one of the best ones you animes that I have seen, is but, I saw in a single day, even but, that day was before yesterday, is impressive, but it does not seem to me that it is as great as I have gotten to understand, is but, by algun reason even waited for something better, although it had to be
by the one of Gore, I stay with which said but atras, I finish seeing gantz, animates and sleeve, the last week, asique does not affect much to me. what if that I must say, is the emotividad of the two scenes that stops the my best one to represent the reach of this animes
but in short, he is something excellent, single has the problem of which she is very short, devio to last but, but with which there is, I must conform to me

Blood and violence elements were very good. I liked this because they don't show these on tv normally. And they definitely do not show when it is a movie. Well, it is the advantage of anime. (_/)..

Uh.. I watched this anime, and was shocked at all the fanservice it supplied. Though the violence was indeed gruesome, I found the anime lacked in story power and logic, so it was just a bloody and fanservice filled series.
