Well i believe rollos power can only be use for a limited time.

It probably has a recharge time or something, like he can only use it once every 10-20 seconds or something. otherwise its pretty damn unfair how powerful it is, stopping time and all.

The ending of episode 3 was pretty awesome, it was really suspenseful.
I liked how Lelouch used some of his old-skool deductive thinking in this episode to outwit the Brittanians. Hope to see more of that as the series progresses. Right now I'm pretty curious as to how Lelouch is going to break out of Rollo's gunpoint.

Yes..the ending was suspenful but im kinda sure that it is all part of lulu's plan and maby rollo's geass is powerful but seems rollo is emotionaly weak and has a simple weakness that i think we will find out next week

I don't think rolo's power stops time. all geass abilities seem mental, not physical. lulu's geass, implants suggestion like jedi mind tricks on crack. mao's geass allowed him telepathy. the emperor's geass allows for memory manipulation. no physical influence, only mental. what i believe rolo's geass does is temporarily shut down brain functions so that the people within his range do not recognize his movement. and when they think he stopped time, or moved at the speed of light. they did not move during that time period or realize that their brains wern't functioning. that's my idea of it. stoppimg time seems a little too much.

One thing that i saw is that when he used it to kill that guy underneath the school, the two people stopped moving but the water didn't so it may just stop people from moving for a brief period of time like kagetasan said. he wouldn't move at the speed of light though, don't worry i wont go on about why i think he doesn't.
