Have you read the previous posts, please read them, particularly chinaman91's who bluntly explains to the whole community that Kenpachi has a shikai.
In fact you have contradicted yourself by saying Kenpachi has a shikai, then you say he doesn't. Characters don't have to say 'shikai' to activate shikai, in fact have you heard anyone say that when they release?
Therefore we conclude Kenpachi has shikai.
yishKenpachi doesn't have a Shikai release. His Zanpakuto is like Ichigo's, always in 'Shikai mode' although he doesn't call it that

Just wondering, is there any solid proof that Kenpachi has a released Zanpactou. Because it just looks like a normal unreleased Zanpacto with the saw like damaged blade. Am guesing its because he doesnt acknowledge it and thats why it hasnt healed itself. Also I think it looks released because of its size but I think thats because of his Riatsu. I think Kenpachi's Zanpacto is not released but its at the same level as Ichigo's when he first became a Shinigami. Now Ichigo runs around with the new released Zanpactou. Oh and I think a released Zanpacto can do stuff. like Gin's can extend or Ikaku's can turn into that long stick thingy with a blade at the end or Ichigo can do that move where he shoots this energy thingy (resolve). But Kenpachi cant really do enithing other that wield it. Wel after all this is just wat I think, might be right or wrong.

Yes there is, please look at my previous posts, not only are there contextual references (quotes directly from anime/manga), but there are also sources which have been published from Bleach books (ie. primary and secondary sources).

Kenpachi doesn't need any bankai, as for his sword, its always in its relased form, the day that he acknowledge his zanpakuto sould existence and change his way of thinking, the only thing that I could imagine is that his sword would regenerate and most likely change its form by a bit and a new reitsu based attack ![( []-[])9 emoticon](http://static2.animepaper.net/images/emo/specky.gif "( []-[])9 emoticon")

Based on previous chapter during his fight with #5 Espada, thought he really got his release but actually it wasn't a real one. Just change the fact by using 2 hands for stronger attack. Lame... :P
He may be the strongest character if he ever release his zanpakutou...

I don't think that Kenpachi has a shikai or anything. He says it in Ichigo's battle that he doesn't know the name of his soul slayer.
Is there any chance he can release his zanpaktou? Is doesn't even know what's his zanpaktou name. Well, with the ability he has, he doesn't need to release his zanpaktou.

I believe it is already in his shikai, but i also think if he does ever get to bankai it will take him a very very long time considering his zanpakutou doesn't even want to share his name with him anymore, but maybe some day after working very hard to regain his poor zanpakutou's trust he will be able to achieve bankai and will become the next captain-commander :)

Kenpachi Bankai = Goku SSJ3
Basically, he'd rip the world apart. He's not exactly a clean cutter, so he'd probably slice through the Earths core by accident and cause the enemy to spontaneously combust in absolute fear.
As cool as Aizen is, I'm looking forward to when (and if) he cowers like a noob.
