Clear your cookies and cache. Or go to themes and select the inverse theme, then the original theme. Those should probably short your problem.
That bug is cause by images not loading, causing the layout to collapse. Once the images are loaded it should be fine. I'm still trying to figure a way to apply a cross-browser fix.
I'm having the exact same problem and i can't view scans/wallies properly ;___; i refreshed like a couple of times but the thumbnails still won't load : (

All thumbnails are loading without any problems at my end.
Possible solutions
* Try disabling the BLOCK IMAGES FROM ANIMEPAPER.NET option on Firefox
* Do not block port 8080 <- very important port
* Tweak privacy and firewall settings to see which setting is responsible for blocking the images

To rule out the the possibility of port 8080 being blocked I'd suggest doing a telnet to the server on that port. If the result is a completely black prompt then its not blocked and thusly not the problem. If it comes up with a message along the lines of "Could not open connection to host, on port 8080: Connect failed" it would indicate that it is blocked usually by a firewall or possibly by ISP port blocking (though that is most unlikely).
To conduct this test on a windows based PC:
1) Go to Start > Run
2) In the open box type "CMD" and then hit enter or press OK.
-if this fails type "COMMAND" instead.
-if for some reason this too fails you have larger problems at hand.
3) Type the command "telnet animepaper.net 8080" and hit enter.
To conduct this test on a Mac (OSX onward)
1) Go to Applications > Utilities
2) Run "Terminal Window" to start a Darwin session.
3) Type the command "telnet animepaper.net 8080" and hit return.

Hmmm, i'm kind of confused with the suggestions because i don't know exactly how to do it D: but i did try to clear the cache and cookies like trismugistus said but it didn't work ;__;

Get someone you know in real life who has a clue to look at your network configuration.

This site is more Firefox-friendly. ^^ Make sure your Firefox is updated, too.
How do you go to themes?
