A banned message such as this comes up when I'm browsing the site, though I haven't done anything that would warrant a ban as far as I can remember. Could any of the admins fix this problem?

It comes up rather often while I'm browsing through the site, to the extent that it's become incredibly annoying.

Ah... it is because you are on dynamic IP. There are 2 users that is banned starting with the IP that is really close to yours. So there is a high posibility that your dynamic IP changed to theirs causing you to see the ban message. How frequent do you see the banned message?

Hey, guys... i also had the BANNED message when i come to AP! like Inuzuka say, this is annoying... this is just starting today... don't know why this happen... can anybody tell me why? please...

Look, it happens. You guys over in Asia switch IP's so frequently that its impossible to track. This is not a real problem in Europe and America because most IP's are static. Seeing as you guys seem to change IP's almost hourly I would just do whatever you normally do to change your IP again.
