Today i Started to test my vectoring skills for first time.. // have done some tests before this one. So I Chose Yoruichi from Bleach.. heres the screenshot:

First of all your resolution not good...read the faq here for the resolution that is acceptable..you vector is not bad..it's just that your outline in the hair is a little bit thick to me..but overall it's great...

Looks good..
but that outlines are a bit too thick in some places..
check the dark-gray shadow on the hair on the left side.. the shape is not right..
and try another color for that dark shadow.. choose a dark color from the violet scale.. cause that one looks too grayish..
also the black shapes on the eye are jagged.. the same goes for the nose
keep up! it's looking nice so far ^^

Nice good job on your 1st vector.
Hi, just give your some suggestions:
First,the vector seems quite good as a first try. Keep on working hard.
Second, pay attention to the lines. I draw line in Illustrator and import the .ai file in Photoshop (so I got the resolution as large as I want ^_^), in my oponion the line is really important. Keep on practice it.
Third,you may use some ...er ...like multiply, soft,etc. That will make your picture more beautiful.
