Will you watch, if your favorite anime become a real film? Why yes or Why No?

Because I want to see the diffrent of the anime and the real film..

I would watch, but with looow expectations. You've seen what's happened with the majority of films based on videogames. Speaking of videogame films, they're making a movie based on DOA. The trailor makes me want to cry. T__T
Are you talking about live action? my friend watch salior moon live action, there were people who played as salior moon and stuff...but that was a series, that also includes GTO.... and stuff .____. but a movie version...some people made indital D into a movie with real people; think jay chow was the main charater...he had cool hair...and that wasn't too bad...i would stilll watch it...but it wouldn't be as good as the manga or anime! i think there is a NGE movie or something...! it would be funny to watch!

Like lonelybear said... are you referring to a movie or a live action? Either way... I'll probably watch. :D I've already watched GTO, You're Under Arrest, Gokusen, & Sailormoon Live Action. I didn't expect too much, though... but I was quite satisfied with what I've watched so far. ^_^
Well I would watch it BUT don't expect too much... real life film cannot portray the facial expression of anime characters... stuntp people would really get hurt from the way anime character damage each other (well just picture Naru punching Keitaro to the sky) and other funny stuff like making wierd faces etc... but there are some films like the Live action series that are ok... but like I said, don't expect too much...
I will watch only if they are really good. Sometimes I don't want the live action to ruin my favorite anime.

I wouldnt mind watching if it were anime like GTO but stuff like Sailormoon (I dnt watch it just using it as an example) or any other anime that will need amazing special effects to work.......nevermind.

If yes then that would be because it is my fav anime if no then that would be because i would be discusted and cause it is played by real ppl.
It would be even worse if the anime would be a hollywood movie...That would sux.It would be better if Japanese actors would act because they kinda look like anime characters.

I think it depends on who is in it
if they put someone ugly and bad acting as main chara then no...
but i did watch Initial D...i didnt care for anime but i really like movie because of Jay Chou...

I suppose ... not. If I like it very much as an anime, than a live action movie would just spoil my image of the story and all. You know, when they make a looong story short or just adjust it to real live it gets to be strange and you're still lacking something.
Just like this idea with a plushie Luna in Sailor Moon, and their sailor suits. My friend commented that only "the bad" have nice outfits :P

Bleh, the only live action I watch is Sentai.
Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, that's the good stuff.
i would be reluctant to watch a live action anime movie just because of the fact that it is live action.
In animation, you could do stuff that you can't do in real life. I doubt any live action anime movie would have REALLY good special effects. It would need a good producer which means it would need a lot of money.
Though I do think the Cutie Honey movie was done pretty well. Warner Bros licensed it. I don't like the main character though...she was supposed to be hott...

yes because i like that anime. i like to know how the story will be rendered in real life.
no, because japanese are lousy actors and will make the show tacky. i don't like the notion of other people acting out anime either... maybe because of the fear that that anime will become overrated and all that :)
yeah, now that you posted this thread, it kinda makes sense and so far i only saw a few anime/manga titles that have live action versions. sailormoon was... nah(but i like sailormars there bacause she was so sexy). hana yori dango had the taiwanese tv novel titled "meteor garden" played by the popular taiwanese boy band F4, for me that sucked because the show was overrated. gto... nice but the actors were lousy. gokusen... i don't know what to say. but this one was good: initial d live action. well, maybe the chinese were really good actors and that everything in the anime was well presented in the movie... everything stated above in my humble opinion XD
