This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

I haven't been on the computer in a while so I think I'll stay on a bit longer to talk ^^ I'll be right back, I'm going to try to re-start my computer and see if my MSN will run.

Made that sound like a math question =P... @Iro: It went good, it was fun because a lot of people called in to ask questions and I even got to talk about my favorite baseball team for a bit =). I'm just very sleepy though, so I wasn't as energetic.

The realistic type -but not too realistic or he wouldn't be called SUPERHERO (XD) emoticon- like spiderman or batman, But NOT Superman<<<< hate him =_=
And I prefer a realistic environment too.
But for anime superheroes...I don't mind watching the anime if I liked the story.

In the anime world, I prefer luffy, the king of the pirates, the most lucky and strong of the heroes, Yagami light in the death note is the most intelligent. In the movie world the best hero is Jack Sparrow, captain in pirates of caribbean and my model to follow. The envoirnment have to be a full epic-magic universe to do it. other thing, a like to erase comic heroes, bastards like Superman and his friends must let them rest in peace just in the bottom of the hell for be too girlies

I prefer hot women in mini skirts as the heroes. I don't care if you guys don't consider that a hero, but hot women in mini skirts saves my mundane days!

I always preferred heroes of the non-supernatural variety, like Ironman, Batman, Hawkeye and The Punisher (I don't really consider his armor to be a costume). They always come off as inspiring to me, I guess because they allude that ANYONE can be a hero. Not everyone can come from Krypton or be born a mutant, but through training and dedication these ordinary people can be no less heroic.

I would love to see a pessimistic superhero lol P(T_T) emoticon
That would be really interesting XD

I think there was a comic series by DC called Reluctant Heroes? And as the title suggests, it's a group of kids who have powers thrust on them, and they have to deal with it. Very reluctantly. And there's a character or two that's always moody.

I grew up with Superman and Spiderman (no, NOT literally!) so have always thought they were great. I love the stories about everyday people who find it within themselves to be heroic, like Heroes! The reluctant heroes and unwanted heroes also make great stories - like Spiderman and X-men.

Otherwise, if it's about an all-out brawl visual-fest, then animes are the way to go.
