I can't say i like your topic for this philosophy paper. as the quote by ayn rand in fluxbox's post, said it perfectly. laws are just laws, not justice itself. justice is decided and dispensed by the people themselves. yes sometimes laws are "unjust" but regardless an unjust law is a law. having the status of a law is not entirely determined by whether or not the law is just, or at least not everyone's idea of just. every law whether in the past or present, just or unjust, was or is a law. however just because it is a law it does not mean we should obey it blindly.
