Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

I don't watch TV... there's just shit on TV (in France in any case), it make me so boring! I prefer DL anime or look DVD

Yoo're just like me. I'm rarely watch TV, because the programs is pointless and unworthy yo be watched. I only watch MTV. That's all. In my country, the only good channel is that. ^^;

Hmm..... I agree to this partly. Most of the channels/programs aired where i am at are useless.
But....well, where i am at, there are only a few channels to watch. Mainly: Animax, Star Movies, Star World and HBO.

But other than that, all the other hundreds of channels are pointless!!

Warm regards,
The Firestorm

You got a better than me, in my country there is none like the HBO, Animax, Star World, etc. My television only broadcast the local programs and those programs are suck! I hate it. @_@

Umm......i have heard that nowadays there are T.Vs of resolutions of upto 2500x1600!! Is that true??

The maximum resolution of a HDTV is 1920x1080, of course you can use a computer screen instead which can support 2500x1600 but the highest video source you'll find (unless you work in the TV/Movie industry) is 1080p which is 1920x1080. Anything higher would be a bit pointless and expensive.

That said there is an experimental format UHDV which has a resolution of 7680x4320, this format is nowhere near ready though. There is also Digital Cinema 2k and 4k which have resolutions of 2048x1080 and 4096x2160 respectively.

As for what I use, I watch TV (freeview) on my computer, it has a 20in widescreen (1680x1050).

Well, my brother's a tech freak. He has to get the new thing every now and then. We just got a new tv for our house a couple of weeks ago =T 1080p 62 in. LCD. I think it's great for a family television but if you live all alone, I think minimum of 30 in. and 780p is substantial =]

Wow, everyone has such nice TV's. They are the TV thats in your room right? lol

Well as for me I just have a normal sony 14in TV in my room. A pretty old one in fact. Although I'm thinking of changing it to a larger widescreen one. Or maybe just get a buy a TV tuner for my PC and use my PC moniter since it IS bigger than my TV >_>.

Me, personally I use my computer with a projector on a white wall. I could'nt figure out what to do with it, so I said wait a minute...

Haha I was going to do that aswell but then I thought of the size of my room. I don't think it would be very practical too.

I'm not very rich, but i use an old tv from 1999, its still a good tv. it doesn't matter what tv you use, its all about the things that you watch on your tv. like if you have a plasma tv, and you watch it with an anttenna, than thats a wastes of money, if you get a plasma, then you have to get tivo, i mean, seriously. plasma and tivo is worth it.

I don't even know what kind of TV I have. I guess it one of those normal ones thats old. I not in a rich family like that or anything so I'm ok with what I have. As long as I can play anime on it, its alright. (and plus I got my new computer) >.<

Unfortunately we're still in the dark ages with the 27" analog.
We're looking into the 32-37" inch range for our game room.
The only problem is anime and games takes all of our cash.

27 inch Viewsonic LCD TV, First one in the house to go HD. Its my tv as well so its plenty big since its in my room. Next set will likely be a Sharp 42" AQUOS... so I can have 1080p instead of 1080i. I need a regular 20" LCD now... reading on the 27 isn't fun from 6-7 feet away. Got to love HTPC :)
