This wallpaper captures the urban essence that proliferated the art of Ghost in the Shell in every incarnation of the series. Phill does an amazing job of capturing a moment of surrealism.

While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Well, my first reaction is that I would most certainly turn them in...BUT I've come to learn in life that we are often blinded by our feelings for others, love or just platonic, to a very large degree. Meaning, we rationalize some of the strangest things about the people we know and love that we never would accept with a stranger.

Thinking more on it...I guess if I wasn't in fear for my own life, it would come down to how strong my feelings were for the person in question. For example, if I had a wife and she was an axe-murderer I think it would actually be a hard decision assuming I really loved her.

On the flip-side of the coin I honestly believe I could forgive someone who killed someone close to me or traumatized me to some severe degree. It's a fact that anger/hatred/resentment are literally bad for your health. Something to think about anyways..."Resentment is like taking poison and then waiting for the other person to die from it."

Yes, I would turn them in. Killing for a living is just wrong.

I would not turn then in.

it's the way of life that the person choose for herself, i would continue my life the same way from before, it's my family, i probably would join them! ^^

The same goes if your daughter becomes a prostitute, right? Just curious.

I'm a guy that doesn't matter what the others do, even if is with me(it has exceptions).

i believe that everyone should pick what he/she want to do in life, freely, but take the consequences of the choice they made.

that's the way i live.

Believing everyone should be able to make the right choices and stopping people from doing harm are two different things. Just because you believe people should be able to do what they want and take the punishment does not mean that you should not stop them.

I believe everyone is entitled to do what they want, but at the same time, if the act done is wrong, I will stop it.

I mean, your view is just fine and dandy, but if the whole world thought like that, utter chaos would ensue.

It depends on his/her reason for killing that person. If he/she killed someone for self-defense, then I might not turn him in. As for the other reason, then I'll do the opposite.

P.S. I have a feeling that this could become a hate-fest thread.

I doubt you murder people for self defense for a living. Murder = intent to kill, self-defense is almost the opposite.

I'm kinda curious. Define murder, for me, if you would. My interpretation of murder is killing for a selfish reason, or no reason at all. Killing is another matter all together. One can't equate killing for a living (Who? How? Are they part of Seal Team Six, Spetnaz or La Cosa Nostra? Contract Killer?) Death is the end result of life, as much as that sucks. If someone you loved was in World War II, and killed Nazi's so they would come and kill you for not being born as per their specifications, AND to come home to you, is that a bad thing? If a good police officer, shoots a serial killer in self defense, is that wrong? But even that has a price, killing a human is a species "aberrant-action" which can worst case scenario, as the old adage goes, "turns the monster-hunter into the monster". So in the end, Murder is wrong, killing can actually be good thing, but should be used a Last (or Only) Resort...

Murder is killing someone with malice, intent, or for no reason at all.

I assume that we are talking about a murderer murdering people. Just imagine a different world where ma and pa were allowed to make a living off murdering people. We will call them hit MAn and hit PAn. I don't think the question was asked with a gray area. Murder is wrong, your parents are doing it, would you turn them in?
