Oh, I changed my Bleach vector a bit. I got rid of the hat, it was really annoying me.

the jpg standard which was created like 20 years ago, for some reason, sucks at compressing the color red

png with 24-bit pallette

also png 24 supports partial transparency

I usually use Save To Web, and then choose png-24

jpgs are still usefull often files size is smaller

it could be worse, if EA made jpg format, red would be a DLC
