Well, here's my newest vector. I've been caught up in a lot of projects lately and I just didn't feel like working on the other 3-4 vector walls I've started. So I looked through the stuff I want to vector and found this image of Sailor Neptune (I think it's from her transformation).

It was a very easy vector, but I'm happy I got it off my list. One less project to do, yay! It took a few hours, because I'm lazy and there was something on TV XD I don't know if I'll use it in a wallpaper, I haven't decided yet.
