Here I am, back with a new vector, after more than a month of submitting nothing but wallpapers. I'm sorry to say that this has nothing to do with a particular song, I listened to Tom Jones - Delilah and Pendulum - Propane Nightmares while vectoring, they kept me very relaxed :)
It's my third vector of Sailor Neptune, I seem to have a soft spot for her, even though I haven't seen the seasons she appears in ^_^' I like green and this picture had a lot of it, so I decided to vector it! I found the image on Dreaming Moon after following the link from a wallpaper description on AP. I loved a lot of images from there, so expect more SM vectors from me in the future! XD
Back to the vector itself, it wasn't too difficult for me and it took a lot less than other vectors (about 2 days). I didn't have time to submit it yesterday so it arrives a little late. What I really like is the shading, which wasn't difficult to do, but time-consuming. Does this resemble the vexel style? I've seen a few vexels and they look a little like this. By the time I finished the normal shading (one shade), I decided it looked too plain and added more and more shades to it. My favorite parts are the skirt and bow on her chest, see the vector at 50% for the full effect :D
The PSD file size is 200 MB (which is reasonable, considering the number of layers I used!) and it has over 60 layers. I am NOT opening it up and counting all the layers -_- That's about it, I guess. Please credit me if you use it!
