Another vector that I've just completed, and ironically, I've finished the last color-filling at the "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" song! That's where I decided to named this vector "Puzzled Twin in Sailor Uniform".

This is the easiest vector of the lot; due to its simplicity, scale of image and its colors. I really like Tsukasa, and thought that I should vector all four of them. I'd rather start with this first.

This is the first time in a long time that I'm not using my usual "simulate pressure" technique, and I go for broke; with a mixture of a thick outline on the outside and thin ones on the inside. It turns out well, and I personally like it myself.
