As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. I finally made a AIR wallpaper(out of all the other wallpapers I've made on different sites)! This one features Misuzu all alone in the rain, sitting in the grass tieing her hair^^. I only used defult brushes this time and was to lazy to make really nice clouds...so instead I made big blops of blops ...I don't really like how I made and positioned the font...but since I didn't save it as PSD...I can't go back and change it .Oh well!
This wallpaper was made for my little sister, her name is Ritsuko, Ritsi for short. Today is her BIRTHDAY! x3. Happy b-day Ritsi-chan!

colours are so harmonious. Wait a second... done! It is displaying as my wallpaper on my desktop.
Did you also draw Misuzu? The floating hair really looks as if it is about to move anytime soon!
I aggree with Koi89: it is more Stormy than Fresh.
Apart from this, great job on putting it all together. What was your inspiration?

It's amazing. The blowing grass looks wonderful and real. It's almost like it's moving. I really like the mood of the wall too and the colours looks great.

Nice wallpaper though i would suggest that, if you would reduce the grass size it would make it even more prettier, the mist is a little too much, everything is just too much crowded, making it quite heavy feel, otherwise the scan is nice, well done on that.

i like the japanese text, and the scenery, and of course Misuzu.. ^_^
though i'm not so sure about the atmosphere being fresh.. i think colouring the background would give more life to the wallpaper.. ^_^

Aww really pretty wallpaper of Misuzu...I like her pose.How the wind blows through her hair.
Really a "Fresh Atmosphere" indeed.The grey background with the cloud brush is really lovely.
Love the japanese writing in the BG.And the grass is awesome as well.

I like the little bit sad grayish expression of the wall, Misuzu also fits very well with the surrounding.
That white grass looks pretty cool and somehow stylish as well, it's something new and different then what we're used to.
I really like those faded Chinese words in the air and although you made big blops they really look like rain clouds, well done!

First off, very nice. I think the feel this wallpaper has is just awesome, and the cooler colors it has gives it a cold feel that really adds to the drama. So, very nice!

Very nice wallpaper, I like it quite a lot ^_^ the composition is just impeccable, the color scheme is just perfectly balanced and the text is in just the right places and matches the wallpaper just right.
