As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Yo.

Another wallpaper featuring AIR,my favorite anime
I wanted to make a wall using as little brushes as possible. The only brushes in this wall are the clouds, which were re-colored and "double-layered" .
The background is a stock photo. I think it's from the Netherlands or something.
The Rain effect was made with the help of a tutorial.

The Works :

-Background : I've been searching for so long for a good free stock photos site, that i forgot where I got this one from...
-Brushes : Cloud Brushes from Deviantart.com
-Vector : Sadness by Princesshime-clanlax.
-Time : About 3 hours.
-Date : 09.06.2008

Now I'm gonna go watch Romania vs France,so...

I love the wall, it really caught the actual feeling of the whole entire anime.. and the quote " leave out all the rest" added more meaning to this wallpaper because thats what she tries to do...beautiful ( this anime made me cry )

I think it's almost inevitable that hot/ecchi walls get the most attention. As for the cute angel walls, all I can say is kawaiii! I guess I'm not the only sucker for those kinds of walls. I think you did a great job with this wall.

And remember, it's not a popularity contest. (at least I think it's not...)

I must say I’m impressed. Just... Eh. I can’t really describe what kind of feeling that gives to me.

So I’ll only give critic. Parts I didn’t like is these windmills and grass. It first seems to be fit in, but when looking whole paper, it doesn’t really fit in. More smooth grass would be much better.
