I think it would be infinitely better without the random text next to her. There's a weird gradient artifact around the outside too, something to think about anyway ^_^

I think utams is right about the text and the gradient on the outside.
the background is nice. There is just one thing that i find somewhat strange.
When i look at the chara and then at the feathers, i miss the outlines of those feathers.
The wings from Belldandy have outlines, and i think you should outline those feathers to match her.

Wow.. I like the Sky Effect and the use of the space! But in particulary I like the logo with wings =)
