Pretty~ I like the soft colors and the BG! I also like the placement of Belldandy. However,
the petals are rather blurry, and look kind of funny because they look like they are flying really fast all over the place lol. Or no, maybe it's because they don't really look like petals that makes them distracting (they also look a bit transparent). Also, I can see a lot of jpeg noise in Belldandy's hair, and that brings down the overall quality of the wallpaper quite a bit, in my opinion. But I still think this wallpaper is fairly nicely made. 8)

Very pretty!
I love the colors, especially since I have a thing for pink and flower petals xD Good choice of character placement. I like how everything is slightly blurred, it gives everything a sort of surreal dreamy feel, but the noise in her hair kinda ruins that atmosphere and lowers the overall quality of the wall. It's still quite nicely done though. Good work!
