Two Perfect Blue wallpapers in one day? Impossible! XD

So about the wallpaper: After finishing the main character Mima's vector, I proceeded to vector all the little fishies! Because of this, I would vector one fishy then go do something else, then come back x infinity. That was the most time consuming part and I did get restless doing it and ended up not working on it for a week. But finally, it's done. Definitely has a different look than what I've been doing lately, and that's a welcome change since I was getting a bit bored of it.
