Not too much for me to say about this wallpaper that hasn't already been said: Dalarty has provided a descriptive walk through all the way from the concept idea, to its execution and ultimately its fruition. And you can really see how that careful planning paid off. But it just goes to show, good ideas take time---and a whole lot of patience!

It's my first wall after a damn long break ...

I found this pic im my Artbook "Die Sterne" and wanted to turn it into a wallpaper ... i don't have a scanner ATM so i've Used a scan from a Calendar :

I cleaned up the Pic (removing holes and numbers), reconstructed the Stairs, textured the black part on the left and adjusted the brightnes of the main pic ... the final resolution is 2393*1914.

Nice! I like Misato the best, but that outfit on Asuka makes this wall a winner ^_^! Great work on the recreation!

Wow. i like your staircase bg. asuka looks so great in that outfit. everything seems to blend well in the wall. nice work!. just that the words on the right upper corner are not that visible (i know it's in the dark). maybe adding different texture on them will show them a bit. great wall.

Wow. Asuka looks hot in that outfit. :P Too bad she's not my favorite character in NGE :P But sweet wall. It's very simple and soft. Great job!

Very nice! Love the moody deep blues out of focus in front contrasting with the whites on her dress and her orange hair. Brilliant composition draws the eye around the wall, up the stairs, along her legs and onto her, when you realise she's looking at you too. Very provocative and sexy.

Asuka in the Dark is really good background.

I like the combination of colours.

Neon Genesis Evangelion is one of my favorite television series and Gainax rocks!

NGE has very good wallpapers (in general).

Ooh, this is really nice. I like your image choice of Asuka, don't often see wallpapers straying from the usual plug-suit images. The wall has a bit of an isolated cold feeling, I like it a lot. The colours clash perfectly. Nice work. :)
