While there are a few, stray building angles and shadows, you find that your eye forgives the minor details and instead focuses on the overall scene that is larger than life, with lights trailing off into infinity.

Ive made this a copple of months ago, took me 3 hours, made by Paint Shop Pro 8 and Photoshop 7... its a simple wallpaper...well still learning as i move on ^_~
i just love this scan, i found it on mini tokyo, (but please let me know if its too ecchi)
i just messed with the effects, vectors and PS brushes. the background and sparkels came out good.... well not bad for a simple wallpaper...
so what ya think? good? ^^

Nice...(both the wallpaper that the girl is clear...(9+_+) emoticon)...I wonder me where you have found such a beautiful image to put in the wallpaper according to me it is simply stupendous...
For the rest the composition according to me is well structured even if me on I break down it I would have put other to the place of the Japanese characters...
But overall Good...
