I've never seen the series so i dont know the story like what but i saw the scan and the girl is cute and decided to make a wallpaper ^^

Oooh i think its very cute and the bg is so very peacful, the sparcals are very cool, and the girl is kind a vired looking but still cute:lol:, i also like the rainbow kind a colors they are very awesome!!:inu:
well i like it, you now when i like something i allways add it to my fav+ list, right now:hehe:

Character seems a little blurry to me somehow. Dunno, may just be my eyes, but she seems a little indistinct and I feel it would look a bit better if she was quite sharp, given the softness of the bg.

I would also be temepted to add a little more in front of her - some more sparkles or something, to really "sell" her as part of the wall.

The colour combination is very nice and soft, but i think the character is a little too blurry. nevertheless, i still like this wall.

Oh! i love this wallpaper. the colors in this wallpaper are what caught my eye, very mellow like
the scan matches the backround, like of a pure feeling,
like the tital, it is a peaceful feeling wallpaper.

Hehe...you really did capture a peaceful feeling with this wall...but I love that the character also has a silly expression on her face
The background is soft but not too bright with a good amount of color to tone it down
I like the font you chose...but it feels a little flat...maybe add a really light color shadow
Also, you misspelled "peaceful"
