This wallpaper looks really nice. The colors and the girl look great too. Like Tiburcio said, the text doesn't look really good, maybe a different style of text would be better.

Like i said b4 it has a very cute technique ^^
But the median on the scan doesn't go well with
the sharpness of the bground. If you apply min to max
filter in photoshop it will look much better ^.^

Purple is right! Good hue match between the bg color and her hair. I do think that the placement of the text and size of it is a bit too much though.
