Hi to all of you)) Here it is, my new wallpaper! I made it for our anime-club Yume No Moto. I like Suzumiya Haruhi, so I've chose her and transform her into the vector style. The wallpaper is totally hand-maded (Haruhi is too, I altered her from the vector scan, the only reminder of original is her face, but it's too corrected a little, the rest is mine) So, I'd like to know your opinion)) thanks)

I like the style of the wallpaper. :]
But the diagonal scan lines really darken the picture and not make the design and color pop out as much as it should. Also the shadow under your signature seems a bit out of place, being the only shadowed object. >< Good work though!

Nice neon colors, it really looks cool!
But the problem is I cannot see clearly the face of Haruhi

Mhh... i have some mixed feelings for this one. On one side, its Haruhi, so it should be good, but on the other hand, there's something on this design that just doesn't mix with the whole idea, which btw I still can't figura what it is :D

I usually like Haruhi walls since they're all really good but there's something about this one that just doesn't really pop as much. The colors are really nice but it's weird how they don't pop as much as they should. I really like the texture on this wall. It's nice how you hand made Haruhi though.

I really don't like the color sense in this wallpaper. I don't like the green in her hair, the buttons, the colors of the text, the rainbow blend, her skin color is dull in combination with the background color.
Basically, you used crude and picky colors and didn't put them together properly... that's my opinion at least.

In terms of style, I really like it.
However, as Margalet said, the color selection is just too clashing to each other. It's like you choose random colors that mismatch. It's kinda like using bright blue and bright red together on a same template. Doesn't match and hurts the eyes even more.
Another picking things is "yume no moto." I spent 6 years learning Japanese, nearing to my bachelor's degree in Japanese language, spend 1.5 years in Japan, etc. I don't understand why you said "yume no moto." Is it "dreams of the origin" or "dream's origin" as you intended? Does not make any sense and it's hurts my head as I have to tell every Japanese native "non-japanese just use japanese words randomly like Japanese artists use English words"

Very nice wallpaper. The colors you chose and the texture you applied sets a nice mood. It also brings out the subject without yelling out at you from your monitor. Making half of the wallpaper completely light looks good because it adds a source of light (i.e. sunlight) to the image. You can't see the sun, but you know it's there. This wallpaper is over a year old and it's still good. I'm glad I found it.

I love the style, texture, and colors you used. As well as the scan (wish I knew what it was), and the whole concept of her character and personality. But it's just the text that kills it for me.. If only you were to upload it without it, you could credit it, but somewhere in the corner or something...
