It's Aria...
I'm just experimenting (9+_+) emoticon

I've tried several backgrounds but I decide to use this and this Both images are from Imageafter
The scan is here
The total layers are 15...
I cleaned the city and reduce the brightness, also I changed the color nuance.
The reflection is made using displacement water tutorial here Thanks to shigemitsubaki for the link.
The last revision was rejected because extraction issue so I re-extracted it and cleaned it...
Thank you very much to everyone who helped by giving their comments and suggestions in the making of this wall in Session Zero, you guys are the best 8)E emoticon

I love the setting that you've put for your wallpaper. The swirls and also the font works very nice with the overall composition too. However, the character seems to stand out way too much from the wallpaper.

That background is simply beautiful and blends very well with all the other elements in this wall. I really like the overall soft and pastel look of the wall. Almost like a painting. Again, simply beautiful work.

Nice wallpaper, the water and the city looks wonderful, but the sky is a tad empty. Some clouds would be nice. Besides that, it's a great wallpaper.
