I wasn't aware this was from Pokemon as the others stated but the shading and simplicity of the paper is very appealing to me and drew me to view it closer up.

Wow!Very simple yet attractive.
Lugia is one of my most favorite pokemon aside from Rayquaza and Giratina.
This is so cool,very unique wallie.Very different from those I saw.
The color,the glamour of the white glow,It blends nicely.

The glowy effects on the eye is really awesome :)
And this remind me quite clearly of the second pokemon movie, too. I rather liked that one as a kid. Still, isn't Lugia from underwater? The ocean or something? At least, that's where I thought the pokemon resides. But oh well, minor detail XD
