Removed the pattern border of the petals.

Seeing my tv guide i was surprised to find Makoto Shinkai's Voices of a distant star there at a time slot of 11:50 pm. And they have drugs and harlots at 10PM

It was the first anime i watched that made me fall in love with shinkai's works.
Anyway i didn't watch it on TV but i did watch it the next day, and place promised in our early days and 5cm after school.
So after a full view of shinkai's goodness i really felt like making some series of walls from the 3 anime.

This is the first one, i tried to blend in a bit of abstract with a bit of elegance.
The beautifull flower brush if i remember correctly is from Design Fruit.

I placed the image and cut it into four shapes of a petal (thanks to AP logo for the idea) xD
A bit of this and that, pattern, texture i scanned myself (given by a friend)
slight color correction and a few hints of layer styles here and there and it's done ^_^

And if you have not already, go see all Makoto Shinkai's works. Watch it in HD to really appreciate the artwork. I want a blu-ray version T_T

Please comment and critic, i feel i stepped into unfamiliar territory here so any suggestion to improve would be greatly appreciated.
