To people who don't like bright wall. gomen ne.
It's YA again.
This time i actually vectored . mainly because i don't like the darkness in the original scan and mostly.. the man behind her.
and so...

i dunno..but this piece reminded me of my haibane wall. hehe similar theme i guess.

I thought it was impossible to vector an Amano scan but like so many times before I'm wrong again. Really nice detailed work and you must have such patience! The duplication and effects of the mermaid for the background with the watercolors works really well. I don't think anything but bright colors would have made this wall as great as it is now. Really lovely work, thanks for showing us it's possible, fave~

You were very right about the wall being bright but I think the lighting you used looks good. I like how the light looks like it's bouncing off of the scan as well illuminating it. I do wish I could see a little more detail in the scan itself though. On the ohter hand the background is really great. Nice work. Take care.

Really beautiful work... *_*... I like your vectoring. The scan is nice and goes well with the background. The colours of the wallpaper are pretty and light... very nice. I love the brushwork in the background. The texture (?) in the background is good too.

This is a very cute picture i like it a lot ok i think that you should keep up the good work but you need to make it a little more colorful and it needs a little more darker colors and it could be a little more things in it but i like it !!

You're right, it is certainly bright! Lol.

That said, I do think the bright scheme works quite well.

However, I also would have liked some more detail in the mermaid.

Did you pick the title at random? That's the Angela Aki song sung at the ending of Final Fantasy XII which is about both moving on and staying possitive after the loss of love. I can see that this wall would fit that sentiment, but I'm not sure if the average user would see that.

Just a random observation on my part, but I really like what you did with this wall, so I'll be adding it to my faves.

It's really bright which I like. The colors you used are very light and soft. Great looking background with stunning effects. I wish you could've darken the character just a bit though to stand out more. It's so light that it's blended with the background. It's a very high quality wallpaper. Thanks for sharing.

I think the wallpaper is beautiful, but if you darkened it and made the mermaid slightly off-centered, it would be stronger.

Hmmm...I normally don't like bright, vivid stuff on my computer screen, but I actually like how you did this one. Perhaps it's because my favorite color is green...hmm...well anyways, keep up the good work!

Very nice background with stunning effects. The colors you used are analogous to each other which is nice. The clouds are so soft and very realistic. It has a nice contrast with the background. Very interesting perpective. Overall, I think you did a great job. Thanks for sharing.
