World of ice in the wallpaper is not noly cold but also soft. Bright colors in the wallpaper may be sign of saver for her.

I really like the whole composition.
The ice is vectored beautifully and there are no jagged lines.
I'm not sure about her face though... The nose seems too big and the chin too sharp. I know manga images are difficult to wall sometimes, and you did a great job.

Good but why such a smaller size vector? I usually see at least 1920x1200 being the minimum for a vector like this. I'll still favorite it though because it's the detail on it is very well done.
