I love the BG on this wally! It's so nice and techy!
The color is nice and goes well with the scan!
But the thing I don't really like is that white around them, it really doesn't look good. I mean I know you wanted some kinda of glow effect like %trismugistus said. But the white brush you used doesn't look like a glow to me.
But other than that, everything is fine.

I have some constructive critcisms:

1. The trendy circles you have at the left bottom are kind of redundant, I don't know what are they doing there.

2. Like the first post has brought up, your render has the white line around. It's either a poor attempt at achieving the glowing effect or you just didn't extract it from a wallpaper completely. Get rid of it.

3. Some windows have choppiness at the pointy edge?

4. The actual background image is overly touched-up, I suggest less contrast and a little bit more light to show more details. Use some shiny grunge brush to achieve the dreamy effect if you need.

Here are the goodies:

1. Nice choices of colors, they really go along well with the render.

2. The theme is well executed.

3. Good choice of render.
