It's quit funny how I got started on this wall. I downloaded this scan a little while ago since I thought that I'd be able to make a good wall out of it. When I finally took a good look at it, though, I saw that it was too small and in bad quality. While cursing over the 25 lost papers I started to listen to an album I received as a gift from my brother (Live Wired, by Front Line Assembly) and took a look at the cover for it. Just then I got the idea to make a crossover-wall like some of the ones we've seen here at AP recently. I also thought that I'd add some GITS-style eye-implants to make it look more futuristic. Then I took the idea a bit further by adding a sort of GPS-like function to the Wired-implants. The right side of the wall is modeled after the cover of the album and those of you who listen to FLA will probably notice that I did the SEL-logo in the same style of that of the FLA-logo. The FLA-style of the right side allowed me compensate for the lack of width of the scan.
I also had to smudge a lot to make up for the quality of the scan so I'm sorry if it looks a bit blurred. I added some textures and worked a lot with the light and colors in the wall so that everything would fit together. Anyway, it was fun making it and it didn't take as long as most of my walls.
The textures I used can be found here, here, here and here.
