This is my first wallpaper I have ever attempted and the first vector I have ever done also. When I watched the opening to Black Lagoon and saw this segment I knew it will be a good wallpaper. The reason why the title is "It's all up to.." is because the "YOU" is on her face so, I thought this title would be pretty creative. Special thanks to mblack and as well as the others in Session Zero, who gave me heads up and pointers on my first wallpaper. I had lots of fun making this wallpaper, from not knowing how to do anything in photoshop and by taking small steps to make this wall, I'am very pleased with the results. Recently I got a widescreen monitor and had a tough time finding any wallpapers that fit my screen. This was a ral big reason why I made a wallpaper at this configuration.
