As an animation, Bakemonogatari has a simple, clean art style. But the guest illustrations for the series are anything but simple! So, it's great to see that °Tens took on a more complex illustration and made it his own with vector gradients so fine at points it more resembles painting that vectoring. Simply, I suppose.
I love this wall.
No details needed, it's working just like that. The darkness with a red hint, the expression of his face and slight grunge effects, that's all really great.
Also you've managed to blend the character with the background nicely.

Very cool and dark(in theme).
It looks a little empty, however.
Maybe some text or something could make it look simple rather than empty?

Well its a great wallpaper for Blame! fans but you could have add elements like eyes in the background to increase the oppressive atmosphere of Killi's world... Silicate's eyes or else...
