saw this scan from minitokyo from ykishige966, love rukia (how can you not?) and tried to give this a shot
removed that shadow under her eye (she looks old and weird with it) and tried to keep the bg stripe theme, added the text to add more pizazz to the bg
the text is from the song Wish by Olivia Lufkin aka olivia inspi reira (nana second op theme), translation from wiki i think, don't you just love this song?
don't know which color theme i like most, right now i'm favoring the white, which one do you like?
