I absolutely love the depth and somewhat realism of this wall. It's something different from all of the other wallpapers here, so it's really nice to see something so unique.

Simplyy way to fabulous to ignore.
Mugen... if that's his name since I haven't watch this show for a long time... has a realistic feel to him. He looks so smooth. The background fits very well with it. No need to make it all complicated. I love that shade of blue. XD

Oh wow... this is awesome XD Love the simplicity of the layout, the colors, the CGing... definitely not the usual pop-y Champloo style! Tiny bit of critique, the blobby black fish head looks a bit strange. Everything else is fantastic, I love how you pulled all this out of that screenshot xD My only other wish would be for this to be in widescreen ; D;

I can't believe that this was based on a screencap. For me that's one of the most difficult images to work with, but you did an amazing job with it and really made it your own. I loved the shading on his face and neck, as well as the fish ^____^ (those fish fins are so cool!) Really great experimental wall...I totally agree with the comment about how it looks like a painting. :D

but i actualy thought you used the part where Mugen was drowning as a reference cuz that scene was just so awsomely touching! that has to be my favourite scene in that anime...the music and everything in that instant...perfect depiction of the moment a person dies...
