Well, here is a picture of Rei sort of in a fish bowl. Truthfully, I wanted there to be a lot of fishes and a cool underwater effect, but I couldn't find any good fish images that I would want to use - I just found some goldfishes. Then I tried to go for this celestial bit with it. And the lighting is a bit weird. I don't know, mostly I got stuck on it so I just started to fiddle some more and then this is what I ended up with. I just like how it's blue. *laughs*

That's one realistic looking fish bowl. It looks more like it's suppose to be under the ocean, since the color of the water is so dark, but it still looks nice along with the goldfishes. The lighting isn't half bad, the way Rei looks is actually pretty nice with the light blue glow, the only part of it that I think needs improvement is her legs, it's a little blurry. Overall, a pretty nice wall. Just work a little more on the lighting, and keep up the good work!

I love this wallpaper and want to download it right now. it's simply beautiful. The fish bowl's really cool and realistic too!! It's a great idea to match with the fact that Rei is carrying an umbrella: Water + Water. Besides, the whole blue scale is awsome and the lighting is just perfect. I don't konw if it is my imagination, but the background seems to be merged with a kind of galaxy or something like that. the effect is great!! Congratulations Akinoshigure!! Excellet job! :)

I mean, its nice and all, and really demonstrates your ability to manipulate images, but the wallpaper itself, in my opinion, just doesn't really work for me. The biggest problem I have is why ayanami would be in a fishbowl in the first place. It's pretty but just so unconventional, and I'm afraid to say that's not in a good way. I simply don't think it contrasts well at all. Sorry for being harsh, but I figure that constructive criticism is better than unadulterated praise, no matter how i good it makes you feel.

Heyy, one of my favorite anime characters of ll time! good job. it looks really nice. the overall blue tone is perfect for rei's image and the wallpaper. the texture of the background is perfect because it looks like water-paint, going nicely with your water/fish theme. it's kind of strange to have fish in the background, but i guess it works somehow. because it looks really good. great job.

I think it's really good even though it doesn't seem like it turned out the way you wanted! The effects turned out pretty nice, it does look like she's surrounded by fishies, i like the perspective of the fishes.

I like this a lot. It's surprising too, since I feel overwhelmed usually by walls with too much blue. Very attractive wall.

Such an overused image, but I think you did well with it! The black feather-looking-thingies are a bit TOO dark, and the wallpaper is a bit unbalanced in areas, but other than that, the background is beautiful! 3 out of 5 stars.
